Tomorrow my husband will be participating in the “Test of Metal”, a 67 kilometer slog of a bike race, in Squamish BC. One word comes to mind: lunatic.
He hasn’t really done much training for this (his excuse? it’s too early in the biking season, been ski-ing lots, etc, etc).
Maybe for the next crazy event he should track his training progress at Gyminee, a free website that lets you track not only your workouts but nutrition too. Your home page is the ‘locker room’ (geddit?) and you can even make some gym buddies… if he makes it to the next crazy event….
